G36 and Sprinco or "lemme save you some time"

Well, after having read numerous posts about recoil reducers, I still wasn't satisfied. The sprinco unit has a 30 day money back guarantee that I will be taking advantage of today. Let me tell you how things went. In all fairness it is a nicely finished unit-all stainless steel. It basically emulates the factory part. The springs look a little heavier. The unit is easily installed and removed. I went to the range today for a side by side comparison. To be honest I didn't notice much of anything. This is totally subjective, however as I didn't time my shot to shot rapid strings or anything. The unit was 100% reliable, and I shot about 160 rounds of a mixed lot, so I was happy to report it did not make things worse. I bought this thing for comfort and control with heavier rounds. Am I dissappointed, no because of the 30 day quarantee. Your mileage may vary. Dave.

And now for the other side of the coin ... I have a Sprinco unit for my Walther P99 9mm, which I like very much. The Sprinco seems to take the edge off felt recoil without affecting reliability. At the range, I generally shoot with both the Sprinco and factory recoil spring for something different. However, at home with a magazine full of hp's, the pistol has the factory recoil spring in place.
