G27 IWB Recommendation?

I'm looking for a good quality IWB holster for the Glock 27. Must be stiff enough to stay open and allow one-hand reholstering. I'm familiar with Bladetech's tuckable, and the Alessi Talon (untuckable) for larger pistols.

What do you all recommend in either tuckable or untuckable IWB versions for the G27?

My god! You havent been blessed with a recomendation for a Sidearmor IWB yet?

Seriously, Patricia who ownes Sidearmor is a moderator over at GlocTalk. My G27 lives in a Sidearmor IWB holster, this is the only IWB holster that I could use for long periods of time. For years I avoided carrying IWB, I thought it just wasnt for me.

After hearing the hundreds of rave reviews from the many GTers that all use and love Sidearmors holsters I decided to give one a try. Honest, I wear a T shirt and shorts and you cannot detect anything under it. I wear it right behind my right hip, the short grip of the 27 makes it all the better.

Sidearmors holsters are all made of Kydex, you will see the superb craftsmanship when you take it out of the box and look at it.

Patricia will most likely let you use one of her holsters to see if you like it or not, she has done this many times with members on GT. I just jumped right in and bought one, I couldnt wait. Now I couldnt be happyer.

On GT you dont even have to ask what IWB holster to use with a 27, you just know:)

Thanks for the replies (keep 'em coming). I'll check out the links. Guess I'll have to check out GlockTalk as well, now that I've bought my second one. ;)

Thanks, all. Think I'll have to try one of the Sidearmours, but will probably also purchase a Bladetech Deap Concealment. They look like similar animals, but I like the BT's tuckable option, which I don't see on the Sidearmour website (or am I missing something?)

Sidearmor all the way!!!! Excellent Products and the best Customer Service in the industry!!!
Do a Search on Glock Talk for Sidearmor and you will see Hundreds of recommendations.

I just received a great DeSantis catalog, however...

..as nice as those IWB holsters are, I've
got a little "gut" and I don't want to point
a .40 caliber at the family jewels or change
myself from a rooster to a hen. With an IWB
holster, I'd always be thinking about that.
I like the M/D Enterprises BS-2. I can
conceal it under just a T-shirt any day.

I must give another recommendation to the Sidearmor IWB. I carry my G27 in one almost 100% of the time.

The Sidearmor will accomodate any sight height without hindering your draw.

If I were to get another IWB holster for my 27 and it were to be leather, I would most likely go with the Milt Sparks Summer Special. I have or have had several for semi-autos and revolvers over the years and they are first class all the way.

OK, you guys have convinced me -I'm going to order a Sidearmor
IWB for my G27 when I move back to a CCW state (August).

What cant angle do you use?

Well you can change the cant(Straight,15,20) and belt(1 1/4,1 1/2,1 3/4) width as easy as 2 allen wrenches. I only use 1 1 /4 belt personally but bought all 3 cants.

Oh yeah... you can buy loops and or J hooks in all of the configurations.

I originally purchased my IWB Sidearmor for my G27 in the standard belt loop design because that's all there was. ;)

I have since purchased the "J" loop, 15-degree I believe, and find this setup speedier as far as on/off.
