I carry my fullmoon clips straddling my belt, with a little custom pouch wrapped around it. This has a top break snap, and since the moonclip and ammo straddle the belt, it just about dissappears.

N frame speedloader/clip holder
Since I wear nylon on duty, I bought some Uncle Mikes Aersol Chemical Agent cases. One model is just tall enough to carry two hks 44 mag speed loaders. There is a round nylon tube inside and some foam in the bottom. I pulled the round nylon tube out and left the foam in the bottom to protect the Silvertip bullets I carry. You could probably carry three or four full moon clips in them. You have to get the model that is not too tall or else you can't reach down in it to get to the ammo. A full moon clip would be even easier to get out because it is a little smaller in diameter and you could just stick one finger down in there and hook it in the hole in the middle and pull it out. If you leave the nylon tube in there, it works great for 357 speedloaders.

I've had good luck using a six loop .44/.45 cartridge carrier on my belt, utilizing two cartridges per moon clip in the loops. I can cram three full moons next to each other, but two works a little easier. My six loop belt slide is leather, from El Paso Saddlery (bought out of their "blemished" bin while I was visiting the shop.) Also got the same gizmo in .38; it's for my 9mm moon clips.
