You know - every day there is a new FUD thread that reads like primetime drama script...
FUD - you should put these together and sell it to FOX. :)

I'ld watch it. ;)

I nominate Don Knotts to play FUD!! :D

Beware the man with the S&W .357 Mag.
Chances are he knows how to use it.

I can just see this opening sequence across the screen 'The Adventures of FUD', fade to snapping Gator comming out of the swamp and a Safari dressed man carrying shoulder holstered matching .45s leaping over white picket fence guns ablazing, gator hissing, taking the wrath of FUD and rolling over claws up deader then dead, Fading back to FUD holstering the .45s exclaiming Another Gator met his fate and no match for"FUD" Pan to face shot With a wink and a grin Thats right I said FUD, FUD of the Gator Squd :D

You know this has possibilities and could go Big Screen

You know, I've tried to stay away from making comments in the "FUD" threads because I didn't want to hurt his feelings. But it's pretty obvious by now that he has a good sense of humor and a good sense of himself.

Thanks for all the good stories, FUD. They make this board entertaining. OTOH, I don't think I could deal with your life ;)

Chris Farley was in Tommy Boy, I believe.

He's dead. Discovered that morphine and alcohol don't go together.

How about Louie Anderson?

You will remember Law Dog's excellent stories. Maybe Fud and Law Dog can collaborate on the TFL comedy hour. I leave to the more erudite members to figure out the best actors for the parts. Just keep the stories coming.

Don't mean to pick on FUD (he seems to have enough problems without my help), but it seems to me the first movie ought to be titled "The FUD Factor."

Or perhaps "FUD Wars," "The Entropy Strikes Back," and "Return of the FUDguy." The first
prequel would thus be titled "The Random Menace."

I have to admit, its nice knowing there are others out there helping to carry all the bad luck! Now that FUD is down in hurricane "ground zero" maybe I can avoid weather problems for awhile.

George Hill: ... every day there is a new FUD thread that reads like primetime drama script ...

Everyday? I wouldn't say "everyday". Maybe every other day but not everyday.

Mike Irwin: ... I nominate Don Knotts to play FUD ...

I'm not really the nervous/excitable type. I carefully analyze every aspect of a problem before making the WRONG decision.

Satanta: ... Too bad John Candy is dead ...
Mike Irwin: ... How about Louie Anderson? ...

I'm not in their weight class YET. I'm about 215-225 lbs. at a height of 5'11.5" (I never grew that final half inch to make it to six feet).

loknload: ... FUD of the Gator Squd ...

Just call me "'Crocodile' FUD"

Ledbetter: ... Mel Gibson as FUD ...
Born_Hillbilly: ... I vote for Chevy Chase in -- FUD Vacation ...

I sort of see myself as Tony Curtis in the character he played from the short-lived TV show from the late 1960's called "The Persuaders" with Roger Moore. Moore & Curtis star as two adventurers who accidentally get mixed up with international spies & criminals. In just about every single show that I have ever seen, the character played by Tony Curtis has no clue as to what's going on but he some how manages to keep himself alive and with the help of Roger Moore, they always manage to save the day.

You know, there are a few members on TFL whose comments I find insulting  and hurtful :( but I recognize that the majority are meant in jest and that is the spirit that I take them in. When I get private e-mails from former service men & ex-LEOs who say that they followed some of the advise that I offered on TFL and they value my opinion because of how well things turned out, I am honored and feel that I am contributing something to this little community of ours. :)

RWK: ... Maybe Fud and Law Dog can collaborate on the TFL comedy hour. ...

Say? That's an idea!

FUD = Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt

Sounds like an IBM employee. That was an IBM sales tactic for a number of years.

Of course I'm not insulting FUD here. Those in the high tech field will know what I'm talking about. I enjoy his posts.

FUD and I have already talked on this. Sorry, the title of the series is gonna be:

"The Fud Files."

Right FUD? *wink, wink*

------------------
God, Guns and Guts made this country a great country!

oberkommando sez:
"We lost the first and third and now they are after the Second!(no pun intended)"

As seen in Atlanta's AJC, The Vent: "Let it be known that in this great metropolitan area that you might be able to get away with murder, but you'd better not bash a mailbox."

FUD, if anybody says anything insulting or hurtful please refer them to the very large ill-tempered man (myself) who just happens to enjoy your posts very much. :)

I find them and the responses to be kind of like TFL's own personal poor-mans Ayoob files. Some good opinions in there.

For the show can I be an extra? I've always wanted to play a thug in a movie, I look the part. I could assault you while your taking out the trash or something. ;)

How about

"The RockFUD Files"

Angel Martin could be played by Louise Mandrell. Your dad would of course be Charlton Hestin.

Each episode would start out with a big shoot-out. At the range of course. We'd get to see the new firearm you bought that week.

I'm not sure what type of vehicle you'd drive. Humvee? Suburban? It can't be some racy car that can't carry a couple thousand rounds of ammo and still haul ass.
