The RCBS sets come in familiar green plastic boxes... the Hornady American Series dies are blister packed and include a shell holder. All are NEW with only one slight exception: the UPC is cut from the American dies as they were used for the Hornady promotion. Dies have never been removed from the package. Retail pricing shown for reference comes from current pricing from Natchez, as these folks have fantastic pricing on reloading tools.
