Did you put it back in with your fingers or a tool? If you used a tool you probably stripped something (The bead hopefully)
If you stripped the bead buy a new one

If you stripped the BBL, not good(Highly unlikely). But not that bad either. A smith can drill and tap easily and pop a new bead on it. Dont sweat it. Take out the bead and inspect it, and the threads of the barrel. Clean them out. If you do get it in right, toss some blue loc-tite on it to keep it from coming out again.
