I'll use this thread to announce stuff and fish for what kind of interest you guys will have in the cool stuff. this is like an 'old-school' sneak peak, nothing fancy, i'm just getting calls every ten minutes from ken when he finds something new and excitng. guess i wont be getting any real work done today. :D

For starters, although trijicon has had their current tri-power released for a while, we haven't had one in the shop to play with, so Wildalaska got to get his paws on one down there, he says its "beautiful".

Surefire has a new light called the Kroma, a handheld flashlight that has six positions, meaning, adjustable light output! 2 lumens to 60 lumens! it also is two-color, white and blue or red led. super tactical! this will be a hot one.
who wants a group buy for these?

Damn it! Tell those guys to send reports from

(1) HK booth
(2) FN booth
(3) SIG booth (that is kind of done, so lesser in priority).

Here's the word from Sigforum >

1) The stock is swapable for a factory folder.

2) The pistol grip is current 550 issue.

3) The trigger is just as good as we were hoping it would be.

4) They're offering a Precision Rifle as a fourth configuration of the 556.

5) The line in front of the 556 SWAT is VERY long.

See if Hi-Point is going to make a carbine in 45 ACP. Rumor has it that they where going to anounce it at the SHOT show.

/Thanks

Could you please give updates on S&W and Ruger DA revolvers. Prices and any new models or refinements being done. Maybe check out the Taurus booth. Thanks.

Crosshair, are you serious? All this cool stuff and you want to know about Hi-Point?

It's not that I don't want to know about the other cool stuff. I just want to know about the cool stuff that I can afford. $1200 semi-MP5s are cool, but beyond my means currently.

If we're talking about cool stuff we can't afford, could we get some pictures of the various Shotties in attendance, such as the EAA and Aimpoint ladies? :D
