From Miami to Boston

I am planning to move from Miami to Boston for work-related reasons.

I own an SA XD45 (13+1 rds), and I am planning to buy a Beretta PX4 9mm (20 rds) and also an SA M1A.

I don't have a CC permit, but here in Florida I can keep pretty much all of these great weapons at home without a problem.

Is is the same in Boston? Will I have to give up these beauties?

You are making a BIG mistake!

Massachusetts is anti-firearms generally and the antipathy has its epicenter in Boston.

You may NOT bring your "large capacity" magazines with you. Period.

Your MIA is almost certainly an "assault rifle" under Boston's own law. Note that your chances of getting a license for your guns from Boston range from slim to none.

IF you have to move to Mass., select a less hostile town outside of Boston; i.e., NOT Newton, Brookline, Cambridge or Quincy.

Just a bit further North

I can understand working in Boston, great city to visit and work in. But keep going a little further North and commute in from southern Maine or New Hampshire.

Trust me, you will be much happier in the end.

No, indeed

Sadly, Schumer has tag teamed my home state with Hillary. Not a good combo for gun owning New Yorkers

Or anyone else with vertebrae, integrity, guns or a respect for the limited government our founders intended.
