Yeah that is a hard subject and the fact you will never know where that bullet flew that missed went right at the time you have to use that force will not be on your mind at all as your defending your own life.
They do make rubber bullets that hurt a whole lot but would not kill unless they hit someone in the eye as has happened before and that still could be a solution to have one of them loaded for the first round as a way to show your ready to use deadly force.
Of course if someone is already shooting at you shooting them with a rubber bullet may not help you much at all but the fact they are getting shot back at may slow them down just a little there and give you enough time to get ready for an accurate shot.
Best overall bet is to keep it all to yourself and when asked by anyone just say "Naw I don't have no guns and never could afford one anyway cause I'm flat broke".
Sets you up to look like your not even worth the trouble to rob to begin with that way.
Once a guy tried to rob me at gun point on the streets of Chicago and I just started laughing real loud and told him, "Your robbing me HAHAHAHA gezzzzzzzz you might as well go try to find money on a homeless person cause I'm sure they have way more money than I do" then turned my pockets inside out to show I had nothing and nothing in my bill fold either.
Funny he just said Damn figures that is the story of my life a failure at anything I try.
Told him well that's about the way my life has been also so we have a lot in common as a way to make him not feel alone.
We talked a while and I was telling him about joining the military and learning a whole lot of new stuff as a way to have a roof over our heads and free meals everyday along with learning a trade where we could make bundles of money and he was interested and I think he may have gone to that recruiter.
We parted ways and I walked away with about five hundred dollars hidden in the special belt I wore which has a zipper compartment in it
I was already in the Navy anyway LOL
