J johndeerrm Inactive Dec 6, 2005 #3 Try using stronger loads, 3+ dram EQ with atleast 1 1/8oz of shot. I used federal heavy feild in my spas12 without any problems. The cheap ammo that comes in 100 round boxes is no where near powerfull enough to make it cycle.
