No. Don't pick it up. There is probably a lot of things wrong with it to be offered for that price. In fact, why don't you tell me the name, address and phone number of the person selling is so that I can contact the Better Business Bureau on him for offering a Kimber Gold Match for that price.
In 1998 I bought my stainless Gold Match online for $925. I probably could have bought it even cheaper, but that seemed like a good deal.
I think you can find a stainless model for about $1000 if you're patient. If you're not that patient and want one as bad as can be, then don't sweat the extra $100. After all, you're going to put a scratch in it anyway.
