Form 1 help

Hello,
I would like to fill out a form 1 as my LLC. What fields of the form 1 no longer apply when a corporation is filling the paperwork?

It's my understanding 7 & 8 (corporations can't commit felonies etc.), 12 and 13 do not apply. Is this correct?

i agree and disagree....but more as an argument. of course corporations can
commit felonies, so it's absurd to say they cant. you can argue philosophically
and not fill out 7 and 8 and take your chances. i didn't care and simply filled
them out more of a "yeah, blah blah".

correct, there is no need to fill in the flip side pertaining to photo and CLEO.

you have a good question and it's on the same level as "do corps need to fill
out the citizenship certification form?" some say no, and some say that since
it takes less than 2 mins to fill out, just fill the damn thing out. would that it
be that all BATF forms be so simple and self declaring. :-)
