My wife took out her new 20ga (M870) shotgun yesterday with one of her friends from church, a 4'll" shotgun instructor. She had a really good time, so much so she had to write about it. She asked me to share a link to her story, said it might be helpful for the girls out there that may be intimidated by their husband/boyfriend about shooting.
