What thickness of kydex should one go with?

I have been thinking the .08, .093 or the .125. I want to make one IWB and one OWB. Obvously the belt attachment on the OWB will have to be stronger than the IWB but I will probably not wear it as much. Plus if I break the clip I will just screw it to the inside of my console

I hear the .125 is pretty beastly which is great but I don't want to make it harder to conceal.

I am trying to make these light bearing holsters, I was wondering what you use to make the tunnel for the light to be drawn as well. I was thinking about heating the kydex and drawing slowly.

Get some of each. You want .080 to .093 for IWB, but make the belt connectors in .125". OWB, make the whole thing in .125".

Again, I'm telling you, the leather plate concept off the Supertuck is the way to go for IWB .

I know I know. I have 2 supertucks and love them, but I am new to holstermaking. I am going to keep it simple for now and up the ante later.

I am gonna have a ton of great holsters for this gun!

As of right now I am carrying via supertuck, I miss my tactical light though.
