Fobus Paddle Holster Question

I am considering a Fobus Paddle Holster for concealed carry. Does anyone have one? I am wanting to know if they hold the gun close to the body. Pics would be good if anyone has any.

My son and I both carry Kimber ultra's in a fobus paddle holster. There is no problem with it showing only a little extra wear on the pistol thats all. We consider these Kimbers as work horses so the wear doesn't bother us.
Good luck deciding.

Yep, the gun is close to the body if you are normal or overweight. If you are a really skinny person with loose pants, then no paddle holster is going to work too well for you.

Fobus makes a cheap plastic holster thats just a small step up from an Uncle Mikes. I strongly suggest saving a bit more for a comp-Tac. You're looking at the difference between a Yugo and a Corvette in quality and service and it only costs $52. Best of all not only won't it wrestle you for the gun during the draw, but the holster won't accidentally come off during the draw either.

I used to carry in a fobus paddle.(UC,also)

have since moved to a G-code paddle.

much better over all.

haven't tried the comp tac.
