Fobus holster for LCP

Anyone know if the Fobus keltec holster will fit a Ruger LCP, (paddle holster.) My local gun shop has two fobus (one says generation 2 Keltec,) holsters and the clerk told me they don't fit the LCP. Says the LCP is to fat. I looked on line and it seems it will fit. Thanks in advance.
 
I have one for Bersa Thunder and Fobus guarantees that your gun will fit or you can send it back and get one that will fit. The main area that "reatins" the gun is the trigger guard. You can loosen this area up per instructions or send it back.
 
In regards to the OP's question, see if they'll let you check the fit before you buy it. Since it's a kydex holster you could probably use a heatgun to soften it.
