Accurate, reliable, offers good stock options to adjust to the shooter, can attach accessories, heavy, not particularly easy to break down for cleaning.

Way better rifles than the internet gives them credit for. Bolt action accurate and dead reliable. The best shooting rifle I've ever owned.
Cleaning it is easy enough. And thoroughly breaking it down for an annual checkup is also easier than the internet would have you believe also. Its not the easiest but youtube will show you how to strip it down in a flash.
Highly reccomended.

I understand there's a match stock version of this out there now (without the pistol grip) however, I can't find it anywhere, anyone seen it in person? I'm sure I won't be able to afford it - lol...

It's a good gun, basically a Browning BAR ShortTrac action with a heavy barrel and stcok with a few adjustable parts.

Mine shot .75 MOA or better with handloads and Federal Gold Medal Match, both using 168gr SMK BTHP. I sold it a few months ago, one of these days I'll replace it with an M1A, if I can find one for the price I want to pay.

Cleaning can be a pain, but aside from a serious detail cleaning once a year, it's not too bad.

Sounds like I might pick one up we'll see - I really like all FNH they make great guns...!!!
