At the risk of being called contrary again. That would be good for pinned barrels but there's no need to drill an old nipple. Thats the method I use to clean my Hawken barrel with it's regular nipple, just minus the hose. I put the breech in the bucket.
Thanks for the tip. I will include it in my list of "good to know, common sense stuff". After reading one of your previous posts, I've already included a small bottle of WWF in my range box for quick cleanup between cylinders at the range.
