Better approach would be to explain the failure id the Demo Party and get them to go Independant.

Its not only stupid, its a vicious idea.
Should the Democrats fire all non-Democratic employees?
Fire the independents?
Fire the Libertarians, Reform Party members, the Greens?
What about the half of the population that just doesn't give a darn about the whole political scene?
The Republican faithful are a small minority of the population, remember. That's why they have problems with elections.
Move to China if you want to live in a country where everybody supports the party if they like having a job.
