Florida Supreme Court delays Sec of State!

Look at it this way, wouldn't it be a tad disappointing if the dems didn't continue this? The more they squeal, the more their treachery is made clear. We see by the hour just how dishonorable they are. Even starting to hear some Dems tell Al to end it (Ray Flynn, etc..). They are seriously endangering themselves over this.

The Fla. Supreme Court will have to go WAY out on a limb to make up law on this one. They have their own precedent against them in a 1998 election ruling if they do, along with having to overturn their brother in arms at the lower court who made it VERY clear the Sec. State acted according to her purview with appropriate discretion. Now, that doesn't mean they won't put their neck on the block but to do so would endanger them to being slapped loudly by a federal court.

They might be biding their time to see just how the absentee ballots work out as well. This is the sleeper in the whole thing at this point. A strong absentee ballot either way may just render the whole thing moot.

My first reaction to this was "Aw, jeez, here we go again."

But I think ChrisL put the correct spin in it.

Thanks Chris...

I'll still have one of those medicinal whiskeys, though. ;)

I don't think it really matters if the dems continue to try and steal this election, because you're still going to have at least 40% of idiots voting for dems.

It goes to show you that the party of inclusiveness just can't trust those damned slut women- they are all sluts and them n-rs to think for themselves. I think I have firmly cemented my daughter a Repub :) :) :) because she sees how a woman can not be trusted by the Demokratische Party.
