Patriot Senator Greg Steube sponsored SB 1242 to introduce more outdoor exceptions to permitless open carry. Currently, the only exceptions are fishing, hunting, camping, and range shooting, and going to or from.

Unfortunately, it looks like because of the usual dirty politics the bill is dead. If they hear from enough of us, they may try to make a go of it. We can only hope.
I just see most of the Florida Republicans as being gutless cowards or downright haters of liberty, unfortunately.
At least "printing" is not illegal in Florida. As long as your pistol is fully covered, you can wear your t-shirt with a big bulge on the side all day long. You just have to obey the wishes of persons in control of private property to leave if they don't want you there armed.
You can also wear graphics and messages on clothing stating that you are lawfully armed. These is a First Amendment way to publicly protest the Republican Hypocrites for not restoring our right of open carry, a right that Janet Reno snatched away in the dead of night by a skeleton crew of lawmakers back in 1987.
If the tourists know you are armed, then they'll know it won't make a difference if they see your firearm or not. Even they will then realize the law is stupid.
Some might fear a backlash of making "printing" illegal. Even if that happens, they can't outlaw First Amendment expressions that you wear in public on public property. So they can't completely quash this type of protest.
