This afternoon Florida Governor Charlie Crist signed HB-503, Guns-locked-in-cars-in parking-lots, into law.
HB-503 by Rep. Greg Evers (R-Milton) & Sen. Durell Peaden (R-Crestview) protects our right to keep a firearm locked, out of sight, in our private vehicles for lawful purposes in parking lots.
Members of the Florida House, the Florida Senate and Governor Charlie Crist stood up for Freedom and the Constitution. They protected our right to keep and bear arms and our right of self-defense. They deserve our thanks and appreciation.
