They'll send you a non-resident application package if you call their DOJ. You send in proof of training, fingerprints, etc., and some cash, and they'll send you the non-resident permit. Might take a while, though.

DOCSpanky is correct, the states of Fl and GA have a receprocity agrement so if you have a GA CCW your good to go. Just check the mentioned pages to see where you specificaly can or cannot carry (I.E a bar is out of bounds)
