Floorplates coming off BHP 17 round mags?

I have one question regarding these South African BHP mags. Since the floor plates just slide off, I'm curious if anyone has had a floor plate slide off during a tactical reload? Thanks in advance.

hahah I had that happen during a match in a back up gun stage (IDPA) with a .380 PA-63 (AP-9) by FEG.. slapped the mag home and brushed the floorplate off in one swift move.. hand a handful of spring/follower/bulletsbase plates etc.. boy was my face red.

I've only shot with mine 3 times, but no problems yet. I'll be watching now, though...
