Flip up sights for dpms lr-308

Are there differences between flip up iron sights for .223 and .308? I wanna put a set on my rifle but I'm not sure if the sight adjustment are caliber specific. Could use some input here
 
FWIW i bought a Troy flip up rear and it does not have elevation adjustment like my RRA Dominator site. I did not catch that until I installed it. I do like how my Dominator site has both but it does not flip down.
