Flattop AR-15 Target Upper

I have a Bushmaster Dissipator (Postban) and would like to get a flattop upper for it. Something with good accuracy that I can leave a scope mounted on. Where is the best bang for the buck for this type of upper?

Can't tell you which is the least expensive to get (try http://www.ar15.com) but I have experience with the DPMS flattop target upper.

Unlike Colt/BM/Oly, the DPMS flattop target upper is extruded. It's slabsided so you won't be able to install a forward assist or an ejection port dustcover. The advantage it enjoys is that the sucker is massive. It's beefy all the way around and was meant to take the DPMS heavy target/varmint barrel. Their heavy bbls go up to 1.1" thick and looks more like an axle shaft than a barrel. I helped a relative assemble one such upper and barrel and it shot 2" at 200 yards with crappy surplus ammo (my Colt HBAR shoots 3" at 100 with that same sorry ammo - it can get 1-1.25" at 100 with Malaysian .223). Mind you, it's only worthwhile if you're getting those axleshaft barrels.
