Will Gore concede? No. Will he be in court this week trying to weasel his way into the Oval Office? Yes. So, does the decision in Florida really matter?

Yes it matters.
Because according to the law the State of Florida has just Certified the Vote.

Algore will have a heck of a time to get that overturned.
Is there any precedence of this happening?
Not that I remember.
Its over and Algore needs to admit it.
If he were a man he'ld take this on the chin and say he was done with it.
Of course - if he was a man instead of a worm... he'ld have done that after the 1st recount.

Yes it matters because it now puts it up to the electoral college.

There are a few electors who are not required to vote the same as their state's popular vote. These electors are going to be heavily pressured. Blackmailed, bought or whatever.

Our fight is not over, we have won one more skirmish in a long battle.

With Bush in office, we must continue the fight to oust the liberal socialists that remain.
