Hello,
My friend has a romanian PSL and he got scope for it that uses the standard SVD quick detach mount. Although when the scope is on all the way the reticle in the scope seems like it is turned/rotated 3-5 degrees counter clockwise. The rifle is perfectly zeroed and will hit where the chevron reticle is pointed, but it is annoying to have to rotate the rifle 5 dregrees clockwise to take a shot. I have shimmed a scope mount before to help get the zero in place, but never had something like this. If one were to look down at the scope from the muzzle of the barrel you can see that it is not parralel with the rifle.
