Fish and Wildlife Service Abuses

If you were curious as to why unions are so strong in certain federal agencies, that is a perfect example why. An employee can either surrender his/her consciece, go along with what is being ordered,with the knowledge that he or she may become the scapegoat later, or be fired. Unions have provided a way out for employees by holding the agency accountable to its own policies and federal law, thus nipping the problem at the bud before it becomes a scandal or the subject of congressional or criminal investigations.
