Firma Franz Kettner sxs 16 gauge

I have a 16 gauge sxs double barrel made by Franz Kettner serial number is 21525 it is on about every piece of the gun every screw is engraved as is the whole gun I will post some picture of it on here later tonight it is the lightess double barrel I have ever held would like to know if anybody has any information on any of his other guns this one has a place to hook a sling on it have had it for about 12 yrs

Kettner was/is a retailer in Germany. They bought guns and had their names put on them. They are an upper level retailer. They have a very good store in Augsburg. Most of their stuff is top notch. There might be some clues to who made you gun. Take some photos of it and all of the proofmarks and post them. Someone might be able to pick out something that tells all.

If it has an attachment for a sling, it should be a European model.
