Hi guys im new to the sight i have a premier 22 octagon barrel the firing pin is missing also the retainer pin and spring. Looking for dimensions on the firing pin in order to make one if someone out there may have one they wouldn't mind posting. I would greatly appreciate it thanks russ

Hi. There's more to making a firing pin than just having the dimensions. Has to be the right steel and be heat treated too.
What's the maker? Premier isn't a brand name. It's usually less fuss to buy one.

Welcome to the forum.

The only reference I can find on a Premier is a 22 pump called
a Trailblazer.

It's a re-branded Stevens 29A.

Some parts here:

Keep an eye on the popular auction site, they often have small parts like
firing pins etc.

The firing pin LOOKS like an easy one. Round in several diameters with
a flat on it to retain it with a pin.

Chuck up a piece of tool steel in the lathe, turn the pin, mill the flat,
heat treat. That all make sense? If not---spend the $20 at Numrich.

.22 firing pins also have to be the right length and have a good firing pin stop, else dry firing will batter the breech face and eventually ruin the gun.
