Firestorm FSR 38

I bought an Firestorm FSR 38 a couple weeks ago and just got to the range to shoot it and I have a couple questions. First- while extracting spent casings a couple of them would stick in the cylinder, any idea why?? Second- I ended up with 3 rounds left so I loaded them into the cyclinder and attempted to fire, it seemed like the gun locked up and the cylinder would not cycle or anything, when I took the rounds out and dry fired it worked fine, any ideas??? Thanks in advance..
 
Were you shooting reloads or handloads by chance? The sticky extraction could be from to much pressure or the loads were too hot. The cylinder locking could be from the primers not seated deep enough
