I received a class III firearm, purchased via. mail (I am a registered class III dealer). The firearm was not received in the condition the seller claimed and it has already been legally transferred. Do I have a "right to inspect"? And am I able to return the firearm within a certain amount of time. Hope someone can help me out, I am frustrated. PS, what does "T&E ONLY" mean (as stamped on the side of this MP5? Thank you.
