Firearm safety for kids!

Hello everyone, I have spent countless hours reading posts and discussions on here. I have recently been taking a class online for college that forced me to start a blog... I have never been one to try and bring attention to myself for anything, but I did not have a choice.

The one thing I have always wanted to do, was educate people on guns (especially kids since having my own). So, I decided what better way to start, and I get a grade! ... Win/win, right? Anyway, I would love it if people from here came and offered comments, and input. Most of the people on here are far more educated than I am, and I would love if I could get input from you guys.

I only have one post up now, but I plan to update at least once a week.

Thanks!! I am planning to order some of Eddie the Eagle the kits on the NRA website. It is a great program, and it will probably be where most of my information orginated. I am just trying to help get the awareness out there. I am sure I will not cover everything, though I will try. My goal is to get people to take an interest and gather all the information they can. Thanks again.

Update!

I have added another entry. I am really enjoying sharing with people how I am working with my kids, and what steps can be taken to ensure safety around guns!!!
