J Jim Watson New member Jun 12, 2019 #2 Finland bought .30 Lugers from DWM around 1923. When they went to 9mm in Lahtis, Brownings, and Suomis, they tooled up at Tikka and Sako for 9mm replacement Luger barrels. So the gun was made by DWM, only the 9mm barrel was made by Tikka.
