Finnish Psudo sniper now available

I recently saw in shotgun news an ad for a finnish M-39 nagant rifle with what looks like a 6x42 pso scope on it. I was wondering if anyone has handled or owns one of these rifles. It could be a good concept, i assume they put an ak scope mount on the left hand side of the reciever to attach the PSO scope. if it was properly exicuted this could be a great little plinker/ hunting rifle. if it was done poorly, it would be a waist of a good rifle, i don't know who made them, i was just hoping to pick up some info on them. they run just under 400 bucks built on what they consider a like new finnish m-39.

I have seen those too, for the money tehy better be good. I could go out buy a M39 add a scope mount and a scope for atleast under $300. Actually, for the scope, I could just add a scope I have off of another rifle.
