Finn Moisin-Naganat M39

I have recently bought a Finn MN M39. It is a Sako manufacture and is in excellent condition. I have read that the bores of these rifles were manufactured at .310", to accomodate the Russian 7.62x54R cartridge. Norma 7.62 Russian ammunition uses a .308" dia bullet. My M39 barrel slugs out at .312".
This surprised me, so now I need to find a die set to reload my Norma brass using .311" or .312" .303Brit bullets.
Does anyone manufacture a die set that will do this?

Mike, contact a few of the die makers. RCBS may already make one but they & Lee are real good at custom modifications. George
