should i use BROWNELLS TEFLON/MOLY OVEN CURE, GUN FINISH or GUN-KOTETM OVEN CURE, GUN FINISH on my remington 870 it has that rough finish on it and had rust the first time i took it out hunting! so i am looking to fix it and dont want to pay the local smith $175 to refinish it
 
Or Lauer's Duracoat.

Any of these will work. Expect any surface roughness to be mirrored in the finish to some degree, though. The best way to minimize that is to bead blast and zinc Parkerize as the priming treatment, then apply the coating of your choice to the dry phosphate finish.
