Finished building out my .204 Ruger pistol. Got a Thompson Encore SS frame from eabco.com, along with their 2.5lbs trigger job and a Pachmayr grip. Ordered a 20" full bull stainless .204 Ruger barrel from MGM, with rifle spaced threads. They put in a 6 hole scope base, and I loaded it up with stainless low rings and a Weaver Classic 2.5-8X scope. Got a custom black laminate forgrip from Tony at http://www.tonysforendsandgrips.net/index.html along with a Harris BRM1A2 Bipod!

I have already sighted the gun in without the bipod and foregrip and got a .75" 5rd group at 100 yards (underground tunnel) using 32gr Hornady V-Max factory ammo. I'll head down to Ft Dix soon and get some outdoor shots and see what it can do!

Hmm... what barrel to get next? .357 Max?

That is one great sized group with only a 2-8 power scope, have shot quite a few PD's with the 204 32 grain V-max in a Savage rifle. Can often see the vapor trail behind the bullet as it goes into a PD.

OK that is all kinds of awesome. I love .204 just for the sheer speed of it.
Great job!
Edit: any pics from the other side ?

No pics of the other side... basically a mirror image minus the MGM lettering, and the scope and rings look different.

The bullet it going so dang fast, by the time the muzzle blast has dissipated, the bullet has already impacted! It only takes like .08sec to go 100 yards! Vapor trail would be just about all you see :D:D:eek::p
