Fingerprinting required in LA County for guns!!

Although it hasn't happened yet, one of the idiot counsel people is purposing that. It's not Mike Hernandez, he's the coke sniffing idiot that wants to add a $6 tax on every box of ammo.

But this is really disturbing. What am I, a criminal?? Why should I be fingerprinted???

Man, it's gotten to the point where my girlfriend, an anti gun person said to me in the car last night "Damn Democrats! Now I'm probably forced to buy a gun..." ;-)

This DISTURBS me GREATLY. So everybody, call and whine to your local idiots about it.

I'd feel the same way. In my state, as no doubt in others, two complete sets of fingerprints are required to apply for a concealed handgun license. I went through the process with as much grace as I could, but did not like it at all.

And they will sit back and say "Look, isn't this great!!!??? We now have the names, the addresses, and the fingerprints of those who would obey the law!!! This is just what we need to keep them in line!"

But Dad, what about the criminals?

"What about the criminals? We can't catch them, so we can't get their finger prints because we spend most of the money for the police trying to defend useless lawsuits. Here are a few copies of finger prints of innocent, law abiding people. Go play with those and shut up Billy..."

Gee, I look forward to this like a root canal...

Hate to break it to you twoblinks, but a set of fingerprints has been required for some time now. Hell, if your in L.A. county you get fingerprinted just to buy ammo.

Yea, it does suck, but since I'm not the murderin' or assinatin' type, I'm not sweatin this too much.

Man oh man,
Glad I left that !hit hole L.A. after the Northridge quake in 94. To think I spent 16 years of my life there! I'll take Maine any day!
