Finally got pics of my new-to-me S&W 559

This is my new S&W 559. It had been gently used by a friend of mine, who decided he wanted to sell it to help finance a new Sig he wanted. I cleaned it up and put new grips on it. The 559 is a nickel-plated 59-series pistol. Solid steel; it is very heavy and a good shooter.

NICE!!! I have an older blued model 39, and it pales by comparison to your Nickel 559.

Until this very moment, I did not know that S&W made a nickel-plated 59 series. It is gorgeous and much prettier than my 659.
