Finally found some #2400

It's been a long time since I'd seen it anywhere and the places I was told had it on line were out by the time I got there. My favorite local supplier of reloading supplies had in in stock. I'm a bit broke and only got one can but fortunately it goes a long way...

Well I'm a little jealous. I spent last Sunday looking and I haven't found any in stock in any store round town. In time I s'pose the stars will align and there'll end up being some on the shelf when I walk by. Happy to hear that someone is finding at least.

I count my blessings . . .

'bout a year n a half ago, I decided to start using 2400 for my 357 & 44 boomers. Previously, I was using W296 but decided I wanted something just a touch more mild and a lot more versatile. By reputation, 2400 seemed the right choice. It was. 2400 is ancient; and so am I :p but oddly enough, the two of us had never previously met.

I count my blessings because my first trip to the LGS to get some was fruitful - they had it. I bought a #. And when that pound got to about half way, I decided to get another. Any yep, they had it then too. It's nice when things go your way.

I was stunned when the guy behind the gun counter at BiMart said he had some. I looked like there was 4 or 5 cans on the shelf. I've been rather broke lately and should have passed but I just couldn't...

I still have 2400 from 30 years ago!

It does go a long ways, granted I don't shoot the rounds out of the 41 I used to.
