Field tripod recommendation?

I'm looking for a sturdy field tripod for my spotting scope. Does anyone make one that goes low enough (say, 10-12") to use a straight body scope from the prone position, and high enough (30-36") to use from a seated position? What do you use, and are you happy with it? Good source? Most of the web sources I've seen that sell tripods only give the maximum height and the folded length, not the minimum height when deployed.

I use a photography tripod called the Slik U212. It has independently adjustable legs, a leveling bubble, and a crank-up turret with a maximum height of 63", but you can also mount the head on one of the legs to position it very low for prone shooting. It's not what I would call a field tripod, if what you mean is one that you would be carrying for miles through the woods. It's a bit large for that, but I can use it for my spotting scope, my chronograph, and even for photography. $79.
