So I'm buying my first rifle from a guy on these boards, and I need to find an FFL for him to ship to. Basically everywhere around here will only do a transfer if the gun is coming from a dealer, not an individual. Does anyone in the north Texas area know of an FFL that will accept guns from an individual from out of state? ... Preferably one who will do it for less than $50 freakin bucks?
