Please elaborate. What do you mean by dispose of?
Get rid of the carcuss after they are shot?
I wouldn't fool with them using bare hands.
Wild pigeons are well know for carrying diseases that are spread
to humans and bird lice ain't no joke either.
They don't call them "flying rats" for no reason.
Pigeon poo-poo is full of dangerous germs. Cities spend millions
of dollars looking for ways to get rid of the things. Why?
Cause people think it's neat to feed 'em, but the things are social, in that they, well, flock together, thus leave lots of poo-poo & spread
diseases.
There: much about pigeons you never wanted to know.:D

You have 6 posts. You are from England. Welcome!

It does help on this forum if you ask questions that don't sound like the opening lines to an episode of Dr. Who.

I don't live in Manchester so I can't tell you anything about the disposal of pigeon carcasses or the regulations regarding shooting large numbers of them in an urban environment.

There are shooting clubs in the Manchester area likely you can find out there.

Traps, a small gauge shotgun, poison, wrist rocket, etc. It depends on what's legal in your area and what you consider safe.

Oh how about falconry?
