FEG smc380 , what and where are they

FEG is imported by Charles Daly. The smc line is all over the place...pawn shops, internet, local shops and gun shows.
The quality is pretty good...leaving just the d/a trigger pull to improve outathebox.
Shoot well

mine is exellent accurate and reliable.. but it does need a trigger job out of the box. no ftf that wern't caused by my getting the OAL wrong on one batch of handloads, fed everything else I threw at her. (I hightly recomend Speer 115 Gold Dots for carry, worth the money) Buttler Creek and Houge make slip on grips.

I do recomend something to colour the sights. for low light.
an exellent low cost backup or low profile
carry

Great info...Ill throw in some more. The PA63 mentioned has a longer barrel and grip ...dimensionally a copy of the Walther pp.
The smc is shortened at both ends and is a higher quality FEG than the PA. The make a PMK series that has the shorter barrel of the smc and the PA grip. The pmk is my favorite..1 more round and more better for my big paws to grab on to...:D
The smc is the best for concealment..shorter grip and all. You would be good to stay away from any of the surplus guns...
Shoot well

YODAR

I agree with Yodar's assessment of their accuracy. Last night, I bench-rested my FEG APK, which is either the same gun/different name, or real similar.

At 15 yards, 2 consecutive groups with 4 holes touching. I was amazed. Particularly the 2nd time.

One of the earlier FEG PMK380's. reliable and resonably accurste. Picked this up new for $150.00
