Federal Champion 22lr they come in a 525 round bulk pack a couple years ago.
Does anyone shoot these bullets that can state how the accuracy is with them ?

Excellent for me. However, rimfire rifles tend to be very ammo-picky. A particular gun can shoot one brand beautifully and hate another brand and a different gun will be the total opposite.

Out of my 10/22 it is more accurate than the bulk Remington (worst) or Winchester, but not as good as the Blazer. Blazer is the most accurate in my MkIII and 10/22, and Federal is second in both as well.

I like the stuff,,,

It's the only bulk-pack ammo that runs well,,,
In all of my semi-auto rifles and pistols.

Beats the heck out of Remington Golden Bullet bulk-packs.

The best .22 bulk ammo I have shot is CCI Blazers followed by Federal bulk packs you mentioned. I get alot of duds in Winchester bulk .22 and Remington.

i find the federal bulk ammo to be pretty accurate but there seems to be a higher percentage of 'duds' imo. my nephew, myself and a friend fired a 550 round brick last weekend and there were underpowered rounds in nearly every magazine i went through. i was using my smith and wesson 15 22 with 25 round mag. my friend and nephew were using marlin model 60's and we all had the issues. as far as accuracy they were very good though

My marlin semi-auto shoots them nice. I'm surprised to see a negative comment on the golden bullets. I bought a box of 225 or 250 and they all shot fine with maybe 2 duds in the whole box.

i bought 100 rounds of the american eagle federal 22lr and they didn't work in my marlin 60 or my nephews brand new one. they failed to eject every three shots or so. i saved them for my single six which does fine with them. i am now avoiding federal 22 rounds. i still buy their 12 gauge shells though

They Do Work

They work in all my .22's. They aren't always the most accurate but they work. I do have a Remington Nylon 66 that will cut ragged holes with them at 25 yards.

Lock and Load1 :D

...Better than Remington and cleaner than Winchester, but still sub-par.

Some lots of the Federal bulk packs run fairly well. Some run like crap. (I've had as much as 20% without priming compound.) The Walmart-only version seems far more prone to lower quality standards.

With better lots, accuracy can be as good as 1.5" @ 100 yards, from a good rifle.
With lower quality lots, accuracy may be worse than 4" @ 50 yards, from the same rifle. (Not counting the failures to fire.)

Stepping up to the Federal Champion Target or Federal Game-Shok in 500-round bricks (10 boxes of 50), is a massive jump in quality, consistency, and reliability. And if you buy it by the case (5,000 rounds), when available, you can get it cheaper than the bulk packs.

But for a low price, fantastic reliability, and some of the best single lot and lot-to-lot consistency, ArmsCor and Aguila are better buys.

I shoot it all the time (wish I could find some now). Also shoot the CCI Blazer bulk pack. Never had any issues with it, functions fine with all my semi autos.

I've shot it plenty and it is good ammo, as is the Remington bulk stuff.
I shoot frequently in my 10/22 now.
But, I used to shoot competitively with a nice target rifle and used the bulk stuff for practice. Is dime sized groups at 100 yards from a rest accurate enuf for you? Really, don't know why I still used the expensive stuff for competition.
Oh, and it kills squirrels good too.:D

That's the brown box Federals, right? Same goes for me, they've been purely crap for near-squibs. Bad enough that I'll never buy them again. I've heard from all over the blue box of 525 is far better, but I have so much of the Rem and Win stuff that is so much better anyway, I'm sticking with that for now.

I have had good luck with Federal. Good plinking ammo, and runs my Neos very reliably, but not intended to be competition grade if that is what you are asking.

They work great in the Single Six but then what doesn't work in that gun??

Federal Champion works good in the 22/45 but the regular Federal bulk pack ammo doesn't work so well. Lots of FTEs. Haven't had many duds in any of the Federal ammo I've shot either.

If it doesn't work in one gun, there's always another 22 to shoot it from. I have a Norinco 22 that looks like a Mauser 98k. That's one fun little rifle to shoot.

Love the stuff - pretty much exclusively what I buy. Runs reliably enough although a couple of duds a box isn't unheard of.

I did get one batch that seemed like it had a bunch of extra wax or something that my 10/22 did not like feeding. It seems to be a fluke, but it was towards the end of season last year and I've only cracked one box since. Stuff ran fine through my other .22's.

Federal bulk 22, 36 grain (or Federal Lightning 40 grain) is the finest, inexpensive ammo out there. I've yet to run into a semi auto that does not cycle it well. Plenty accurate for NRA target shooting as well. Straight 40's are had with it -- not me but I've watched this outcome. Plenty accurate.
