Federal #1 Buckshot in Flight Control Wad

Sounds pretty exciting though. If you look at the physics #1 buckshot causes the most damage on thin skinned game compared to 00, 000, and #4. Shoot even Capstick proved that theory on leopards stating multiple times he used it over 00 and 000. Now if they made this new flight control load a 3" and not a 2 3/4" then we'd be in business

Why? This is a reduced velocity, reduced recoil round, intended for LE and HD use, so what would be the purpose of a 3" shell?
