Those interested might take a look at page 5, the 1 August issue of the New Gun Week. The article is headlined, "Court Grants Attorney Fees In Waco Evidence FOIA Case". The Ruling of Senior U.S. District Court Judge Alfredo C. Marquez, didn't think much of government arguments in the case. The decision may be appealed by the government, as is their right, but the finding is interesting, to say the least, and should be mentioned to readers "elected things". There are some other articles in this issue, that are also interesting reading.

Is there a link to this ruling anywhere?

What part of "INFRINGED" don't they understand?

Re question from Menos:

As the particular jurisdiction of the district court was NOT mentioned in the article, I cannot say. You might contact the office of the nearest U.S. Attorney, quitre possibly that office could look up the location of Judge Marquez, or try your congressperson for information.

Also, the e-mail address for Gun Week is as follows,, if you do not already have it.
GunWeek@AOL.com. You might be able to look up David Hardy also, as he is a fairly well known attorney. Hope this helps.
