Just curious to see what the most favorite WunderNine here is. A WunderNine is defined as a 9mm semiautomatic pistol with a double column magazine that holds more than 10 rounds as standard capacity.
 
I've always had a thing for the Beretta 92FS.

The Glock is lighter and smaller, the SIG is more accurate and ergonomic, the CZ is slimmer...but the 92-series Berettas have got to be some of the best-looking handguns ever made, especially the Inox versions. My collection never feels complete without some variant of the Beretta 92 design.
 
Trick question, trick answer.

I prefer my Glocks in something other than 9mm and my HK 9mm's to be single-stack 8+1 shooters.

So I clicked SIG because I miss my P-228. :)
 
For the longest time it was the Beretta 92. I agree with lendringser, it is one of the best looking handgun designs. Beautiful but big boned.

Now my Hi Powers have been catching my attention. I'm kind of undecided now, caught between the two.

And all my life I've been a faithful man.
 
For sheer functionality, I picked the Glock (19). Sure there's prettier, but in 9mm, it's the smallest, lightest "Wondernine" I know of, and it goes bang when trigger is pulled.

I don't have much use for a 9mm, but when I picked what I considered to be the BEST all around choice for my wife when I'm not home late at night, I firmly settled upon the Glock 19 with a 15 round mag and +2 baseplate... 18 rounds of 9mm in a gun that fits her hand fine, doesn't weigh a lot, isn't too awefully big.......
 
Many 9mm fans seem to vote for whichever has the greatest capacity. Glad to see that isn't the case so far here.

I voted for the Hi Power.

Though my cursor hovered over Sig for a second or two.
 
Capacity

20 round magazines are available (that I've seen) for the Sig, the Taurus, the Ruger, the Beretta, and a whole bunch of others. (The CZ 20 rounders are hard to find). They stick out of the grip a bit, but if you want a lot of shots, there you go.
 
Like RT I like the BHP with magazine disconnector gone and 17 rounders as a platform for the 9X19.

Rather partial to 9X32R tho but didn't see Coonan on the poll.
